SIDRAP, MNC — Rangkaian penyaluran bantuan zakat bagi warga penerima di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang berakhir di Kecamatan Pitu Riase, Jumat (29/4/2022),
Penyerahan dilakukan Bupati Sidenreng Rappang, H. Dollah Mando didampingi Camat Pitu Riase, Andi Mukti Ali, dan Kabag Kesra, Patriadi.
Turut hadir, Wakil Ketua DPRD Sidrap, Kasman, Ketua PKK Sidrap, Suhara Dollah, dan Camat Pitu Riawa, Ali Husain.
Jajaran Pemerintah Kecamatan Pitu Riase, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama serta kepala desa dan lurah, juga menghadiri acara di kantor camat setempat.
Bantuan zakat diserahkan Bupati Sidrap kepada 10 orang perwakilan penerima. Dari 649 mustahik, 325 menerima dalam bentuk tunai, sementara 324 lainnya berupa paket kebutuhan pokok.
Dalam sambutannya Dollah Mando menyampaikan apresiasi kepada masyarakat Pitu Riase karena tertinggi dalam penyaluran zakatnya.
“Alhamdulillah, itu artinya masyarakat Pitu Riase memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya zakat,” ungkapnya
Dollah menyampaikan, zakat merupakan kewajiban bagi masyarakat muslim yang mampu. “Zakat dan sedekah itu membentengi harta kita dari bencana,” katanya.
Sementara itu Camat Pitu Riase, Andi Mukti Ali, menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Bupati Sidenreng Rappang yang berkenan menghadiri kegiatan tersebut.
Ia mengutarakan, di Pitu Riase terdapat 648 mustahik, dengan total nilai bantuan Rp129,8 juta.”Dan menyusul lagi untuk honorer sekitar 45 orang dengan nilai Rp11 juta lebih,” sambungnya.
Andi Mukti juga menyampaikan, tahun lalu, Pitu Riase tertinggi dalam penyaluran zakat. Untuk itu ia mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh masyarakat Pitu Riase atas kesadarannya membayar zakat.
