Sejak Ramadhan tahun lalu, katanya, ia ingin sekali Tarwih bersama dengan masyarakat Lumpue, khususnya jamaah masjid Rahmatan. Namun, niatnya itu terhalang lantaran Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga harus Tarwih di rumah masing-masing.
“Alhamdu Lillah, niat saya baru kaesampaian pada malam keempat belas Ramadhan 1442 H (25/4/2021) malam ini,” ujar Nyonya Gustam Kasim itu dalam sambutan singkatnya sebelum shalat Tarwih.
Sejak tahun lalu, kata Nurhatina, ia ingin sekali menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada mayoritas warga Lumpue, khusunya jamaah masjid Rahmatan terutama dari RW 4, 5, 6, 7 dan RW 8.
“Saya tahu, karena jasa bapak dan ibulah, sehingga saya terpilih menjadi Anggota DPRD Parepare dari fraksi Partai Golkar. “Bahkan saya malah terpilih menjadi Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare. Untuk itu semua, Saya ucapkan terima kasih yang tak terhingga,” ujar Nurhatina merendah.
Menyambut kehadiran Ketua perempuan pertama DPRD Kota Parepare itu, Ketua Pengurus masjid Rahmatan H. Baharuddin Hasyim menyampaikan,
“Selamat datang dan terima kasih atas kunjungannya di masjid Rahmatan Lumpue,” ujar Baharuddin bersemangat.
Usai menyampaikan sambutannya, Andi Nurhatina berharap agar Ketua Pengurus Masjid Rahmatan dapat menerima sumbangannya. “Saya menyumbang untuk pembangunan masjid Rahmatan, sebagai tanda terima kasih kepada jamaah karena Allah SWT. Mohon jangan dilihat nilainya,” ujarnya sembari menyodorkan sebuah amplop tertutup kepada Baharuddin tanpa menyebutkan jumlahnya.
